澳移民部长发声：澳大利亚入籍测试将会加大难度！<附完整版入籍测试试卷>

      去年十一月，谭宝政府就计划修改入籍测试（戳这里回顾相关报道哦【够了！】澳洲将修改入籍测试 - 游手好闲竟然也会被拒之门外？！），重点考察新移民是否能够接受澳洲生活方式和社会价值观，而不再是澳洲历史、政府等方面的简单常识性问题！
      政府希望借由这样的入籍测试，将包括极端分子、寻衅滋事者、游手好闲者等在内的少数不安分子挡在澳洲大门之外。
      之前Peter Dutton并未对此做出评论，不过近日他终于发声，希望各方就新的入籍测试展开讨论，以决定是否可以通过入籍测试将“居心不良”的入籍申请人（如帮派，犯罪及恐怖活动参与者）踢出澳大利亚。

                
      近期澳洲开展了一系列的反恐行动，部分新入籍的移民在澳洲境内进行犯罪或恐怖活动后被抓。
      因此Dutton部长呼吁实行更严格的入籍测试。他称：“我们要了解申请人是否遵守澳洲法律法规；其子女是否入学接受教育；是否身体健康，有就业能力；是在职状态还是长时间领取政府补助等。”
      比如题目可以改成这样的：

                
      Dutton部长认为这样的入籍测试，可以检验申请人是否接受澳洲社会价值观，是否真正融入或愿意融入澳洲社会，是否会对澳洲平稳的社会治安造成威胁。
      如果不满足要求，就不应该被授予澳大利亚公民资格！

                      
      然而一些社会团体提出了质疑，他们认为入籍测试不应该将新移民妖魔化，也不应该不公平地针对某些入籍申请人。

               
      澳洲移民委员会（Migration Council Australia）首席执行官Carla Wilshire称：“不断改革，更新入籍测试很有必要，但是我们要十分谨慎，不能把新移民妖魔化。”

                
      她说：“公民身份和强烈的归属感一直是澳大利亚多元文化主义的核心。在考虑任何变革之时，我们都必须十分小心，确保不把新移民关在澳洲大门之外。数据显示，外来移民很少领取政府补助金，且他们子女的学业表现也都在平均线之上。”
      Wilshire女士认为，澳大利亚需要为新移民改变“文化取向”，强调性别平等，公平正义。6
      澳洲民族联合会理事会（Federation of Ethnic Communities' Councils of Australia）主席Joe Caputo说：“修改入籍测试时，我们首先要确保不针对难民及其他弱势群体。”
      他认为，要帮助新移民更好地融入澳洲社会，好的安置项目以及相应的公民教育比单纯的入籍测试要重要的多。 

      
      现行的澳大利亚入籍测试是从题库中任意抽取的20道多选题，内容十分广泛，涵盖澳洲政治、历史、地理、体育、传统文化以及公民的责任与义务等等，申请入籍者必须答对15道以上才可以。同时申请人需要通过品格测试，有犯罪记录者也无法顺利入籍。
